Gianduja - Three Pack

Our gianduja is a magical blend of single-origin chocolate and freshly roasted Oregon hazelnuts. We make it entirely from scratch, right down to roasting and grinding the hazelnuts in-house.

We offer our gianduja in two shapes; assorted flowers or canoes. Both packages have three confections inside.

INGREDIENTS:
Hazelnuts, cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter

PROCESS:
Our chocolate is a labor of love, done by our small team in Portland, Oregon. We hand-sort and carefully roast our cacao beans to bring out the best flavor profile possible. Then, our cacao is stone-ground in small batches over several days. A little bit of  vegan sugar and cocoa butter are added during this time. We wait for the best possible moment to pull our chocolate, maximizing for complexity of flavor and ideal texture.

Meanwhile, Oregon hazelnuts are sorted, roasted, and stone-ground to silky perfection. When both the chocolate and the hazelnut butter are ready, they are combined, tempered, and molded by hand.
